UPDATE, 9/15/2025: The following street areas are scheduled for resurfacing:
Cobblestone Way from Milford Street to Oakwood Lane
Oakwood Lane from Milford Street to Bittersweet Lane
Bittersweet Lane from Oakwood Lane to Crestview Drive
Asphalt Paving is scheduled for September 17 & 18.
The above-mentioned streets will remain closed until September 19th. There will be no parking on these streets as well.
Wolf Paving will be on site to lay asphalt pavement starting at 7:00 AM. Access to homes will be limited during paving. Residences should park on side streets to avoid unnecessary delays.
The Street Division will continue grading gravel where needed for paving.

Watertown, Wis. (September 4, 2025) – The City of Watertown DPW – Street Division will be removing blacktop as part of a resurfacing project on Cobblestone Way, Oakwood Lane, and Bittersweet Lane. Work is planned to start on Monday, September 8, 2025. Streets will be closed to through traffic as follows: Cobblestone Way from Milford Street to Oakwood Lane, Oakwood Lane from Milford Street to Bittersweet Lane, and Bittersweet Lane from Oakwood Lane to Crestview Drive. There will be no parking in these designated areas during this time. Traffic should take South Street to Maplecrest Lane or West Street to Cobblestone Way. These streets will remain closed to through traffic until the paving contractor blacktops, which should be mid – late September.
