Bentzin Birthday Bash 5/31

The City of Watertown invites residents and visitors alike to join in the celebration of the 3rd Annual Bentzin Birthday Bash on Saturday, May 31, 2025, in the heart of downtown at the Bentzin Family Town Square. The event begins at 5:00 p.m. and promises an evening full of food, music, and community spirit.

This year’s celebration marks the third birthday of the Town Square and includes a special milestone: the ribbon cutting of the Historic Art Wall, the final and capstone feature of the space.

“The Bentzin Family Town Square has become a vibrant hub for connection and celebration,” said Stephanie Juhl, Town Square Programming Coordinator. “This third anniversary is an opportunity to reflect on all we’ve accomplished as a community and to unveil the Historic Art Wall — a beautiful tribute to Watertown’s unique and evolving history.”

Event Highlights Include:

  • Ribbon Cutting of the Historic Art Wall – 5:00 p.m. The evening kicks off with the unveiling of the new Historic Art Wall, a captivating public art piece made possible through a generous donation from Barton Bentzin and brought to life by Sign Art Studio of Mt. Horeb, Wisconsin. The wall reflects the rich, dynamic history of Watertown and serves as the finishing touch to the Town Square’s development.

  • Food and Beverages – Starting at 5:00 p.m.
A variety of local favorites will be on hand to satisfy every appetite, including:
    • Kona Ice
    • Mr. P’s Grilled Cheese
    • Pizza Ranch

  • Cold beverages will be available in the beverage tent, generously sponsored by Brisc Plumbing and served by YES! Watertown.

  • Live Entertainment – 6:00 p.m. The evening’s main entertainment features the high-energy performance of NEW Dueling Pianos, promising an interactive musical experience for all ages.
