The Dodge Jefferson Healthier Community Partnership (DJHCP) wants to hear from you—the people who live, work, go to school, and have fun in our communities. Your voice matters!
Everyone in the community is invited to take part in a Community Wellbeing Data Walk! This event will help gather ideas and opinions from local people to improve our communities. The Data Walk will happen Monday, May 12th through Saturday, May 17th giving residents the opportunity to visit one of seven self-paced data walk displays located throughout Dodge and Jefferson Counties. These displays are part of Dodge Jefferson Healthier Community Partnership’s (DJHCP)’s ongoing commitment to understanding and improving community health.
The Data Walk will provide an opportunity for residents to explore local community wellbeing data, share their insights, and help shape the Community Health Assessment.
Come join the Data Walk and help make our community a healthier place!
Each display will be available during the host site's normal hours of operation and is completely self-guided—no appointments or staff interaction necessary.
