Our office will contact you to let you know what the final fees are. Please note that Electric, Plumbing, and HVAC are all separate permits with their own costs.

Chickens - $50 plus a building permit for the chicken coop (falls under the $80 minimum building permit fee) **Fees are only due afer the application form and plans have been reviewed and approved by our inspector. Our office will contact you to let you know what the final fees are.

Conditional Use Permit - $500 - Fees due immediately upon submittal

Curb Cuts - $300 for the City to complete the cut or $100 for applicant hiring own contractor - Fees due immediately upon submittal

Decks - $55 plan review fee plus $0.25/square foot of the project.  *Note* the minimum building permit fee if you add the plan review and square footage together is $80. **Fees are only due afer the application form and plans have been reviewed and approved by our inspector. Our office will contact you to let you know what the final fees are.

Demolition Permit (for primary structures only. Accessory structures such as a garage or shed does not require a permit) - $150 minimum. Please contact the office at 920-262-4060 to discuss the project.  Fees due immediately upon submittal

Egress Window - $55 plan review fee plus $0.25/square foot of the project.  *Note* the minimum building permit fee if you add the plan review and square footage together is $80. **Fees are only due afer the application form and plans have been reviewed and approved by our inspector. Occupy the Right of Way (dumpster, scaffolding, or anything within the sidewalk area or road) - $35 for 2 weeks. Renewable if needed for an additional $35 for 2 weeks.  Fees due immediately upon submittal
