The City of Watertown also offers a credit to the Stormwater Utility Fee for both residential and nonresidential property owners. Nonresidential property owners can apply for up to 75% reduction of Equivalent Runoff Units (ERUs). The reduction will be applied to monthly stormwater billings. Residential property owners can apply for a $15 one-time rebate. Please review the below links for more detailed information.
